Real Estate Essentials
As Chief Marketing Officer for Real Estate Essentials, Katie directed both digital and traditional marketing for a statewide network of 250+ agents. Her responsibilities span content creation, social media, website development, print collateral, and producing a weekly TV segment featuring new listings. Data-driven campaigns and brand-building work she led contributed to a 105% jump in home sales and brokerage performance between 2024 and 2025, and she co-produces the television show, handling episode planning, scripts, and talent coordination.
Real Estate Essentials On Air
Katie served as Co-Producer and Talent Organizer for the weekly Real Estate Essentials On Air television show, helping shape each episode from concept to broadcast. She supports content planning, scripting, and production logistics, and coordinates scheduling and communication with hosts, agents, and guest appearances so every segment comes together smoothly. Her work keeps the program’s quality and consistency high while spotlighting listings and boosting visibility for agents across the state.
CEOc
At the Louisville Healthcare CEO Council (CEOc), Katie worked as a Communications Coordinator, managing digital content and analytics for CEOc, Aging2.0, and Health Career Lab across multiple social platforms. Her contributions include website design, Mailchimp email marketing, and daily print and digital collateral. She also helped plan and promote the annual Aging2.0 OPTIMIZE conference, supporting growth in attendance from 100 guests in 2022 to 400 in 2023 through targeted advertising and outreach, all while keeping brand messaging consistent across the three organizations.
Aging2.0
Katie co-designed the Aging2.0 website alongside the organization’s Director of Marketing and Communications. Aging2.0 recently hosted its flagship annual conference, OPTIMIZE, and the site showcases much of the promotional material she developed for the event, from web graphics to a post-conference email newsletter sent to the Aging2.0 audience.
Cox’s and Evergreen Liquors
Cox’s and Evergreen Liquors received help producing a summer-themed commercial that ran across social platforms and local TV networks. Throughout 2022, Katie also researched, wrote, and published a weekly blog for the brand to help drive traffic to its website.
Carpet Mart
Katie assisted in designing digital and print brochures for Carpet Mart, including seasonal promotional pieces and the “myCarpetMart Connection” community newsletter, along with a digital advertisement for the brand’s social platforms.
